🌲 Ellie Blue is a private, pet-friendly mountain home designed for wellness, comfort, and time together. 🏡 THE SPACE Guests have access to the entire home and its private outdoor spaces, including: • Three bedrooms • Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom • Open kitchen, dining, and living area • Main-level covered deck with outdoor fireplace and dining space • Lower wellness deck with hot tub, bed swing, workout area, and lounge seating • Private outdoor sauna • Cold plunge • Custom firepit area • Private cinema with 100-inch screen and six reclining theater seats • Washer and dryer • Fully stocked kitchen • Yoga mats and hand weights 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Ellie Blue accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children. • Main-level bedroom: king bed with private ensuite bathroom • Downstairs bedroom: king bed with nearby full bathroom • Third bedroom: queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed Although the available beds may appear to accommodate more people, county ordinance strictly limits occupancy to 8 guests at all times. 🧖 WELLNESS AMENITIES Guests may enjoy a private Nordic-inspired wellness cycle: 🔥 Warm in the outdoor sauna ❄️ Cool down in the cold plunge 💦 Relax in the six-person hot tub Please use all wellness amenities responsibly and follow the posted instructions. Guests should shower before using the hot tub or cold plunge to help maintain clean and balanced water. Children must be closely supervised around the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, firepit, decks, and outdoor areas. 🐾 PETS Ellie Blue is pet-friendly for approved dogs. Pet fees, limits, and house rules apply. Pets must be included in the reservation and may not be left unattended unless safely crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing damage to furniture, bedding, decks, and outdoor spaces. 🎬 PRIVATE CINEMA The downstairs cinema includes: • 100-inch screen • Immersive sound • Six reclining theater seats • Popcorn machine • Custom movie-themed mural Please keep food and drinks tidy and supervise children while using the theater seating and equipment. 🌿 OUTDOOR SPACES Ellie Blue is surrounded by a natural wooded setting. Guests may encounter insects, wildlife, falling leaves, pollen, uneven ground, wet surfaces, and other normal mountain conditions. The decks and wellness areas may become slippery during rain, frost, or after use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Please use handrails and appropriate footwear. Outdoor fires are permitted only in the designated firepit and fireplace areas and may be restricted during burn bans or unsafe weather conditions. 🚗 PARKING & ACCESS Parking is limited to the designated parking area. Please do not park on neighboring property, roads, grass, or unapproved areas. Mountain roads may be steep, narrow, winding, or affected by rain, leaves, ice, or snow. Guests should check weather and road conditions before arrival and use a suitable vehicle when winter conditions are possible. 🔇 NEIGHBORHOOD & QUIET HOURS Ellie Blue is located in a peaceful mountain community. Please respect neighbors, observe posted quiet hours, and keep music and outdoor conversations at a considerate volume. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. 📶 CONNECTION & MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS Wi-Fi is provided, but service interruptions or slower speeds may occasionally occur due to weather, terrain, power outages, or provider issues. Cell service may vary by carrier. 📷 SECURITY CAMERAS Exterior security cameras are present & recording for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas. ⚠️ IMPORTANT OCCUPANCY RULE Maximum occupancy is 8 guests at all times, including children and daytime visitors. This limit is required by county ordinance and cannot be exceeded.
Other Details to Note
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the cabin throughout the reservation. The sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and fitness equipment are provided for adult use at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times around the decks, hot tub and cold plunge. Ellie Blue is located in a mountain setting. Roads may be winding, and weather conditions can change quickly. During winter weather, guests should be prepared with an appropriate vehicle and follow local driving advisories. Quiet hours and all community rules must be observed. Parties, events and unregistered guests are not permitted. Guests will be asked to review and sign a rental agreement after booking. Audio/Video cameras are recording on the exterior of the cabin.

Any locked owner, housekeeping or utility closets are not available for guest use. Please do not enter areas marked private. Parking is limited to the designated parking area. Please do not park on the road, grass or neighboring properties.
